Who is Avanta?

Avanta exists to make the world of work a better place. This means we create and deliver a wide range of services that are, put simply, all about people.

Because we’re unique in the work we do, we can be hard to pigeon hole or pin down to one sector. Phrases often use include ‘welfare to work’ or ‘vocational skills training’ – but this public sector jargon doesn’t work for us.

We’re Optimistic. Creative. Stubborn. Challenging. Restless. We passionately believe in fairness and ‘doing the right thing’. There is stuff that’s wrong in our society and our economy that we want to help, in some small way, to put right.
