Our commitment to partners is detailed below. There’s nothing fancy here - it’s about getting the basics right. It’s the basics that really make the difference. | We will: - Be clear about what we are looking for and what we want to buy. This will help ensure that our expectations are aligned from day one.
- Clearly articulate what and how we will pay and the terms of our agreement. We don’t like grey areas when it comes to contracting.
- Share risk and reward with those organisations that are able to do so. Organisations that can take more risk will receive more reward.
- Be consistent, rigorous and focused on performance management. We support organisations to deliver but take the difficult decisions to change our supply chain when we need to.
- Provide good quality and consistent communication across our supply chain. This will include “Network Comms” - weekly and monthly performance dashboards via email and our website and “Network Reviews” – monthly performance reviews with your Performance and Partnership Manager.
- Support you with contract set up and go live. This will extend from training and development to support with IT security and where appropriate start up payments.
- Enable small third sector organisations to be involved through appropriate payment terms. For example, where appropriate we will pay monthly retainers to support cash-flow.
- Help you build your capacity and capability to deliver, from technology to performance management, administration to online delivery – we’re here to enable you to deliver better performance.
- Celebrate success through the Avanta Partner Awards, held every year to celebrate the performance and impact of our supply chain partners.
