The Annual Conference, which took place at the London Hilton Metropole 23/02/10, was based on three themes finance, women in management and enterprise.

The conference was opened with an address from Victor Spasskiy of Russian Trade, who welcomed delegates and stressed the economic relations between Russia and Britain.

Speaking to an overflow of delegates, Janette Faherty OBE, CEO of Avanta Enterprise Ltd presented the issue of women in management focusing on the challenges women face. Other speakers included David Cant, Managing Director, Albion Overseas Ltd and Andrey Podyenoc, President; Moscow Association of Entrepreneurs conducted the Enterprise portion of the agenda.

The event provided a lively networking occasion and this was the 10th anniversary of the conference exploring exciting opportunities available to the UK and Russian organisations. This also recognised the outstanding wealth of experiences that were represented at the event.
